Meet Andy Sky
Hi! I’m a licensed general contractor in the state of Oregon (CCB #259467). I was born and raised in Oregon in a family of builders, and after spending the last five years working as a general contractor in the South, my wife and I chose to return home to the Oregon Coast to raise our family in a place we truly love.
The Oregon Coast is a peaceful and beautiful place—weather and all. Like most Oregonians, I keep a raincoat handy and a positive attitude. I’m passionate about building and working closely with clients to turn their homes into lasting investments while bringing their project visions to life. I take my work seriously, never cutting corners, and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed to meet high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism. I aim to work within your budget and schedule so projects are completed on time and leave a lasting impression—both financially and emotionally.
I believe a home is a sacred space and a long-term investment. I especially enjoy working with vacation rentals, creating spaces that impress guests and make them feel at home. Outside of work, I enjoy walking the beach with my wife and our dog and embracing life as a first-time dad. I attended Oregon State University and earned my bachelor’s degree in business from Western Oregon University. Building and helping others has always been my calling, and I’m honored to be part of the coastal community and committed to helping make it an even better place to live.
